AIRWATERTANKS

AirWater Tanks are designed and manufactured, with or without bladder, for the use in networks of potable water, raw water, waste water and irrigation. AirWater Tanks permit the protection of the pipes from the pressure variation (positive or negative) caused by the startup/stop of the pumps or the opening/closing of the valves. They also maintain the pressure of a fluid in a given system without being necessary the constant startup of the pump this way saving energy and the wear of the pump itself. AirWater Tanks are constructed in carbon steel with an interior surface treatment or in stainless steel. The fact that they are built in steel allows the tanks to be extremely robust and have little sensitivity to the pressure changes. The interior surface treatment is chosen depending on the composition of the fluid it will contain. The exterior surface treatment is first steel blasted followed by a primary paint coat and finished with a color that can be chosen by the client. AirWater Tanks can be constructed, optionally, with a polyurethane or butyl interior bladder. AirWater Tanks with interior bladders are provided with an anti extrusion grid to protect the bladder from damage caused by negative pressures and also to protect the bladder from the entry of large solid particles that might cause damage to the bladder. All of our equipments can be designed and constructed in accordance to the specific necessities of the client. The dimensioning of our equipments can be calculated by our technical team given that we are provided with the specifications needed for the respective calculation.
